Software Architect (m/f/d) Digital Banking

YOUR TASKS:

• Design of new software systems and processes as well as improving the architecture of existing software assets, based on modern cloud-native infrastructure
• Collaborate with agile, cross functional development teams across the software development life cycle
• Conduct make vs buy analysis and decisions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical degree and at least 5 years of experience in as a software engineer or software architect
• Expertise in designing software systems with focus on security by design
• Expertise in software system documentation
• An excellent general overview of web technologies and popular open source solutions
• Expertise in agile software development processes e.g. Scrum or Kanban and the related toolchain, e.g. GitHub, Jira, Jenkins
• Experience in relational databases e.g. MySql, PostgreSql
• Experience in messaging technologies e.g. AMQP, Kafka
• Experience in conainerized environments, ideally Kubernetes
• Expertise in one or more programming languages out of Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Ruby and the associated ecosystem
• Expertise in tracking and ensuring software quality goals
• Expertise in api design and associated toolkit e.g. Openapi v3
• Experience in working with remote teams
• Experience in the bank or fintech environment is a plus
